In this position you will support the materials distribution process.

Responsibilities: Perform general manual tasks to include locating, loading, unloading, lifting, moving, measuring, stenciling, palletizing and storage of materials. May operate other small machinery used to brush, cut or grind material. Must follow safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications: Ability to use a tape measure and take accurate measurements. Follow directions on work order to ensure correct material is located and handled properly. Experience using a forklift, grinder or brush machine helpful, but not required.

This position will cut material as well as perform other material handling responsibilities.

Responsibilities: In this position, you will cut material to customer specifications. You will also support material handling responsibilities to include unloading and loading material, stenciling, locating material, measuring and other related duties.

Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience cutting metal material helpful. Shipping/receiving experience and experience driving a forklift helpful. Must pay close attention to detail and be precise. Must follow all quality and safety requirements.

| Packaging Team Handler |
In this position you will prepare materials for shipment according to the job order and customer specifications.
|
Responsibilities: •Verify raw material piece counts
•Match PO/BOL to material shipout
•Prepare material for shipment (skidding, palletizing, banding)
•Coordinate in outgoing loading area
•Assist Shipping in loading trucks, as needed
•Assist Receiving with loadouts, as needed
Other duties will be performed as required.

Qualifications: Must follow specific instructions/directions. Able to build crates or other required containers. Must be able to use a tape measurer and other small hand tools. Experience driving a forklift helpful but not required.

| Sales Assistant |
In this position you will assist a Sales Team with Sales Support activities.
|
Responsibilities: • Assist sales team with the processing of sales orders and documents to include data entry of: purchase orders, job orders, bill of ladings and invoices.
• Pull, verify and print Mill Test Reports (MTRs) for all heat numbers provided by Distribution Processing.
• Perform quality review on entire Invoice packet.
• Process customer complaints/credits and nonconformance reports/claims and coordinate information flow between the Quality Department and customer/vendor. • Sources materials for the sales team.
• Process customer credits and claims.
• Provide other support as required.

Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Some college helpful. Minimum one year general office experience. Proficient in MicroSoft office and ability to learn other software programs. Must be able multi-task and support a team with various clerical responsibilites. Must be detail oriented and have a strong sense of urgency.
