Continental Alloys & Services Inc.was established in 1976.

By 1997 Continental had established locations in Scotland and Canada to better service the growing needs of our customers.

In 1999, to provide our customers with value-added services, Continental acquired a location just north of Aberdeen enabling us to provide premium threading and complex machining services to all major oil and gas services companies worldwide. In 2004, as a result of our success in the UK, a manufacturing location was built on our existing property in Spring, which provides the same services.

Continental Valve & Fittings L.L.C., established in 2000 is a distributor of pipe, valves, fittings and flanges of many different sizes, specifications, materials, and from a diverse group of manufacturers with offices in Houston, Mobile, and Brownsville.

In 2007 Continental acquired an office in Singapore as an ongoing part of Continental’s strategic development to build more value-added operations and provide better support to customers on a worldwide basis and to enhance our distribution and skilled manufacturing services provided by our UK and USA locations.

In the second quarter of 2008 Continental will open a facility in Malaysia.

Through internal growth and acquisitions Continental has become a leading materials management company focused in the distribution of pipe, tube, bar and the manufacturing of various tools designed for global energy service groups’ well-completion programs around the world.
