Medical Insurance/Pharmacy Management Program

A group medical plan with pre-tax premiums is available which offers opportunities for you to select a physician within a network and lower your out-of-pocket medical expenses.  You may also visit a physician outside the network and still receive a “cost/share” benefit.

A pharmacy management program is also available for those participating in the group plan.  This program provides pharmacy services that promote choice, accessibility and value.

Dental Insurance

A dental insurance plan is offered which also provides free online dental health information to participants.

Life Insurance

The Company provides Personal Life Insurance and AD&D Insurance Coverage.

Individual Insurance Policies

Individual insurance policies are also available to employees.  They include an Accident Policy, Term Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance and Disability Coverage.

401(k) Plan

The Company provides a 401(k) Plan which can help you save for retirement.  You are eligible to participate in this program based on the plan terms and satisfying eligibility requirements.  The Company matches up to 6% of your eligible salary and you are immediately vested in this match.

Holidays

A minimum of eight (8) company holidays are provided to employees.

Vacation

Vacation is earned based on years of service.  Vacation days may be awarded in the year of hire, based on hire date.
